Fast food vs. Home-cooked food

Fast foods are very popular with people who don't have enough time to cook. People have stopped cooking at home because getting fast food is easy and fast. Even though, the fast food and home-cooked food are both food, there are many differences between them and the are some similarities as well, which I'll compare.

There are some similarities between the fast food and home-cooked food. The first similarity is that they both are food, they are cooked to be eaten. Another similarity is that they both  are cooked with the same ingredients, they both have spices, vegetables and meat. Yet another similarity is that they both look tasty and smell good.

Even though there are some similarities between the fast food and home-cooked food, there are also some differences between them. The first difference is that home-cooked food is healthy because you know what is in it whereas, the fast food is not always healthy because maybe it was cooked badly using expired food. Another difference is that home-cooked food is more delicious than the fast food . Yet another difference is that you can get the fast food easily and fast whereas, home-cooked food you need to cook it yourself and that will take a longer time than the fast food.

The difference out weigh the similarities. Home-cooked food is healthy and fast food is not. In my opinion the people should stop eating fast food even if they are busy, and they should cook their own food and stay far from fast food as much as they can, because it is not healthy, it has too much fat and maybe it was cooked badly.
